Reports to: Shift Manager / General Manager 

Job Summary:  

Billy Hicks Georgetown LLC is seeking a Full Time energetic, hospitality-driven, and dependable Server to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates strong communication skills, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences. 

Requirements/Responsibilities: 

Guest Service & Floor Responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude 

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently 

  • Upsell menu items and specials confidently 

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally 

  • Maintain clean and organized dining sections 

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service 

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards 

Cash Handling & POS: 

  • Accurately process payments using POS system 

  • Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions responsibly 

  • Provide receipts and correct change as needed 

Team Support: 

  • Assist with bussing and resetting tables 

  • Maintain strong menu knowledge including ingredients and preparation 

  • Support team members during peak hours 

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous restaurants experience preferred (not required) 

  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills 

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities 

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 

  • Ability to work Morning’s, Mid-Shifts, and Nights Monday – Sunday 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to stand for extended periods 

  • Ability to lift to 25 lbs 

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and walking
